After a brief break Korczew Palace once again invites everyone who is looking for a bit of rest or some interesting sites to see. The rooms in the Palace Forge are entering a new season and the chef will soon reveal a new menu. Meanwhile, you are invited to the bar which serves hot and cold drinks, beer, and freshly-baked cakes from Monday to Sunday between noon and 8 PM. At this time of year the park by the palace looks particularly good, especially the hidden garden by the Menhir standing stone and the butterfly garden. From the park you can also follow the development of the renovations of the Siberia pavilion.
The reconstruction of the palace after last year’s fire is moving ahead steadily. The current priority is to dry the building out in order to preserve existing walls, floors and plasterwork. By the end of the year we intend to rebuild the roof to replace the current temporary one. By the end of the summer we hope to restore and make available to the public the Siberia pavilion along with an exhibition about the history of the palace complex.
